Defendant was arrested for second DUI within five years of prior DUI.  Client was also charged with driving on a suspended driver's license.  Client was facing mandatory jail time and a five year driver's license suspension.  After discovery was reviewed our office discovered that the officer made false statements in his report.  We filed motion to suppress and all charges were dismissed.

Case #06-CF-15187 was an attempted murder case.

Our client was arrested and charged with attempted murder for firing a rifle at another person. The police claimed that our client made racial slurs and that the bullet missed the victim by only a few feet.

Our Client was on spring break from out of state at Clearwater Beach and was caught using a fake ID. Officer charged her with the felony charge of use of fraudulent identification.
