Military DUI Dropped to Reckless Driving

Client is in the United States Air Force and was arrested for DUI. Officer claimed that our client failed field sobriety exercises and refused to take a breath test. Our client was from out of the area, and was not able to return to court to fight his case. We were able to represent him in court without him retuning to Tampa.
