Petitioner requested an injunction against our client for stalking and battery. Our client was a coworker of the petitioner and was facing the loss of his job if the injunction was granted. After our cross examination of the petitioner at the hearing, the court dismissed the injunction. Our client was allowed to keep his job and no charges were filed.
