Pasco County DUI dismissed
DUI Case update.
Defendant was arrested for second DUI within five years of prior DUI. Client was also charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Client was facing mandatory jail time and a five year driver's license suspension. After discovery was reviewed our office discovered that the officer made false statements in his report. We filed motion to suppress and all charges were dismissed.
